Returns & Exchanges

Since most of our items are customized and printed on demand, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, please contact us at info@tillieandoliver.com if there is any issue with your order. We will be more than happy to correct the issue. 

 

 

Shipping

Shipping will be calculated during the check out process. Orders will be sent via UPS, USPS or FedEx. 

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
